My name is Cheyenne Werk and I live in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
Previously I was living in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California for many years but after doing some research I discovered there were many other great places in the US to live! I became a real estate agent in 2015 and I’m here to help you! I represent both buyers and sellers and am currently an agent with the Fonville Morissey real estate agency which is one of the top real estate agencies in North Carolina.
A word about discount real estate brokers and online real estate companies….They have their place in today’s market BUT…experienced real estate agents take their jobs seriously and give their buyers and sellers very personalized and professional service. Discount and online companies do not.
Paying a lower commission to buy or sell your house may seem like a great deal but in the end an experienced agent can negotiate higher prices for the seller and lower prices for the buyer…plus troubleshoot all the problems that can come up in a real estate transaction.
